Terms Entered in Search
A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Pamlico County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy rules govern its handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or contact message, we retain the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share that correspondence outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Data Collected Automatically

Visitors Younger Than Eighteen
The site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may use the Get in Touch page to request deletion.
